Not a great cook to say the least, i never bake. usually only make dinners and breakfast so i'm here to learn! just found out i'm allergic to gluten. cried when i found out :( so i'm out to look for gluten free cooking. i'm great at salad making so thats what i usually make when entertaining, i do make my own kebebs too, usually chicken or turkey. and i love rissotto. my grandfather was dutch so my nanny had thought me how to make balmi. yum! My nanny used to make lovely apple tarts and was brill at the pastry. i've yet to ask her for her recipe! it was so good a baker down the road said he'd buy it from her. (she said no!) one time (only) i made an absolutely lovely rissotto. i couldn't get over the fact i made it! ha. tried making sushi the other day. got as far as the rice and had it burnt to the end of the pot! (oops) so did the rice again, got it right then burnt my mouth with too much wasabi! disaster.
