Rhubarb Sauce II
I like the addition of butter in this recipe. Four cups of rhubarb is about 6 good-sized stalks. Slice fresh rhubarb quickly and easily with a Mandoline Slicer. Can also be cooked in a solar oven.

Creamy Rice Pudding
I usually make baked rice pudding, but this was faster, easier, and yummier! I used 1 1/4 cups of milk and 1/2 cup cream in all, and it only needed about 10 minutes to cook before I put in the egg etc. I also used coconut oil instead of butter. My kids gobbled it up... our new family favorite. :)

Flan II
Delicious and not too sweet. I chose this recipe because I didn't have any sweetened condensed milk on hand. I used 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream, and 3 egg yolks + 1 whole egg. I had a few bubbles in it, but it was still a hit.
