Sour Cream Chicken Paprika
Great recipe. The sour cream gives it just the right bite and creaminess. I doubled the paprika though (my family likes it spicy).

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
Yum! Good easy and quick recipe. I tried the topping on steamed broccoli, too -- popped it under the grill for a few minutes... very tasty.

Seven Minute Frosting II
Makes a GENEROUS amount for filling and frosting a nine-inch cake. This frosting is yummy, but the texture is not quite like I remember it as a kid... it's more marshmallowy and gelatinous. My mum's recipe did not use corn syrup, so maybe that's why. Great with dark chocolate cake.
