I have made numerous icings before, and for some reason they turn out like a glaze or some other weird consistency. This icing is the best one so far. Its very simple (doesnt require heating or anything). I was about to resort to just buying store icing again after my failed attempts, but not anymore. thanks for sharing :)

I made this cookie not sure what to expect, but i must admit i cheated. By the reviews, I was not to fond of having a cookie stick to my teeth and be extra sweet so here is how i did it: I put 1/4 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar about a half teaspoon of vanilla about 1/2 cup of flour ( i know that defeats the purpose, but couldnt help myself) 1 cup of peanut butter 1 egg dash of salt The cookies came out really well! I prob wont make the recipe as is, but i will make it with the modifications I added :)
