Cuban Pork Roast II

this is a great recipe, I crush the garlic, add paprika and salt, then add 1 tblspn olive oil to make a rub. Rub over roast, marinate in wine then roast

Anniversary Chicken I

I love this recipe, I always have the ingredients on hand, I microwave 5 pieces of bacon, then crumble and I use low salt teryaki so it's not so salty
