Breakfast Pies
These are sooooo yummy! I will be making them a lot. I used a jumbo muffin pan and grands biscuits. I gently pulled the biscuits as flat as I could using my hands, then placed them in the muffin pan, pressing them against the sides until they reached the top of the well. Then I placed a couple of spoonfuls of sausage and onion in it, spooned in enough egg mixture to reach the top of the biscuit dough, then topped it with grated cheese. I baked them in my convection oven for 10 minutes and they turned out perfect! I can't wait to try them smothered in country gravy. Next time, I might try adding in a few shredded hashbrowns to the egg mixture.
