Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins

These were ok...kind of a bland taste to them. I had some leftover buttermilk that was I trying to use so I chose this recipe. Probably won't make these again.

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

This was a huge hit for Easter morning and was very easy...I used frozen blueberries and it was good, but would have been better w/ fresh blueberries.

Chocolate Rocky Road Cookies

This recipe was quick and simple to make and a nice change from the good old chocolate chip cookies! I added an extra marshmallow on top.

Cucumber Slices With Dill

This is such a simple recipe and very light and refreshing. I replaced the dill w/ fresh cilantro and it makes a great side dish w/ Mexican meals!

These cookies were good. I read some of the other reviews and was happy to know that they turn out more like a muffin cookie. All of my other cookies turn out flat and hard, so this is the kind of recipe I needed! My co-workers really enjoyed them.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Very easy to make and has an interesting mix of ingredients. The recipe does make a lot of dip, so for a smaller group, the recipe can easily be cut in half. Very enjoyable!
