Every holidays christmas time! i cook Puerto Rican traditional food pasteles,arroz con gandules, pernil,tembleque,arroz con dulce and coquito! also cookies and marshmallows covered with chocolate!we have a lot of fun! and i sell and gift cute baskets with this Yummy treats! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
DELICIOUS! I GIVE 4 STARS BECAUSE WE DONT LIKE THE STREUSEL TOPPING, I THINK THE MUFFINS TASTE DELICIOUS AND THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING MMMM YUMMY! I THINK THE STREUSEL TOPPING IS TOO SWEET! AND THE MUFFINS WITH THE TOPPING TASTE TOO SWEET! BUT WITH OUT THE TOPPING MMMMMMMMM YUMMY! WE LOVE THE CREAM CHEESE FILING! COME PERFECT U OPEN THE MUFFING AND U FIND A CREAM CHEESE SURPRISE IN THE MIDDLE! MMMMMMMMM LOOK GREAT! BUT AGAIN WITH OUT THE TOPPING FOR ME TASTE BETTER!ALSO I ADD 1/2 TSP OF NUT MEG AND 1/2 TSP OF GINGER! AND MY CREAM CHEESE I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM COMES PERFECT I PUT THE FILLING IN A ZIP PLASTIC BAG! I RECOMENDED USE A PLASTIC BAG! YUMMY!

Easy Arroz con Gandules
I'm Puerto Rican and the traditional arroz con gandules is with white rice not brown!also arroz con gandules you can add 1 can of coconut milk and you going to love it! Yummy!
