Kettle Corn
This was fantastic! I will not go back to microwave popcorn! I too used others suggestion of adding the sugar into the oil and dissolving prior to adding the kernels. I used butter flavored shortening as my oil and it gave a nice light butter flavor. I shook for 3 seconds then lifted slightly off the heat for 3 seconds until popcorn poppings slows. Immediately pour into large bowl and salt while warm. YUM!!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
If you are looking for a chewy, soft "flat" cookie..this is it! I have been searching for a recipe like this for a long time! I'm not a fan of "cakey" cookies so this recipe was perfect! The only minor change made was I used sweet cream butter instead of unsalted because that's what I had on hand. I may next time cut back in the amount of chocolate chips. They were very sweet but soooo good!

Salisbury Steak Deluxe
This was delicous! As others said, double the sauce in order to have enough to put on top of your mashed potatoes!
