My family loved the recipe thanks for posting it. I did take liberty to try it with the beer suggestion another poster mentioned and loved it even more(3/4 cup beer + 3/4 cup water).

I have been looking for a great peanut butter cookie and now I have found it. I used crunchy peanut butter like so many others. I did make my own brown sugar with black strap molasses b/c IMHO the domino brand on the east coast has a weak flavor and is very dry not a moist brown sugar like C&H. Anyways this now my go to recipe.
