Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I didn't like this one at all. The cake I put it on was much sweeter than the glaze and it tasted too bitter by comparison; most of the guests I served the cake to ended up leaving the glaze on their plates. If I try it again, I will use sweet chocolate instead, maybe it will go better with the cake.
