Yellow Squash Casserole
Excellent but I changed a bunch of things. I was afraid it was going to be too mushy and bland with just boiling the squash in the water so I pan fried it with fresh onions, garlic and basil. I used soy milk instead of regular milk. I also added some left over chicken sausage from the night before that had feta and spinach in it. It made a full meal for my family and they were all thumbs up! Thanks, I think it was one of the most satisfying caseroles I've ever made!! Thanks -Daphne
