Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II
I have made these several times. They are really quick and easy. I have other recipes that I do like better, but for the effort, you can't beat this one.

Corn and Zucchini Melody
I made this on the spur of the moment one night, and oh my gosh, it was so delicious. I could have eaten that and nothing else. Everyone in my house loved it. I only had pepper jack cheese and that was delicious on top. Thx.

Hash Brown Casserole II
I have made this several times and it is always good. I prefer it for breakfast or brunch. Easy to fix.
