Christmas Brunch Casserole
I'm really surprised at all the high reviews on this recipe. There are much better breakfast casserole recipes out there. I agree with other reviewers, though, that this recipe needs more flavor and eggs. If I ever make it again I will double the eggs, add more seasoning (I did use tabasco sauce as another reviewer stated, but it still needs more flavor) and mix the ingredients together better before cooking. Otherwise, if you follow the directions, the bacon and eggs don't really mix in with the hash browns enough to give them flavor and the bottom portion of the casserole tastes really bland.

Snickerdoodles II
Amazingly quick and easy. These turned out perfect on my first try. I used butter flavored shortening and added a few drops of vanilla, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I rolled all the dough first, then put the cinnamon and sugar in a plastic bag and shook each dough ball in the cinnamon and sugar bag (sometimes 2-3 at a time). I cooked them for exactly eight minutes each, then left them on the pan to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack and they turned out perfect. Only problem is that they were so delicious I at half the batch!

Coconut Custard Pie II
We've tried several coconut custard pies, and this one is our favorite. The topping really makes it! (just be careful to watch the pie as you broil the topping, as it burns quickly).
