Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

These are great! I'm usually only cooking for 2 so I fill the shells and freeze them in small portions. I allow the shells to thaw and bake as stated in the recipe. Very good!

Very easy recipe to follow. I had to use a blender and it was a little tricky with getting the right consistency. I just took my time with the blender. Had to blend, stop, stir, add liquid, blend stop, stir, etc. Taste was great!

Chicken Parmigiana

This was a good starter recipe. I added extra italian seasonings to my sauce & the bread crumbs. Make sure to pound the chicken flat first.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Very good mixture. I used less sour cream per other suggestions. I also added small amounts of milk, mixted & added more until it was the consistency of mashed potatoes. Will definitely use this recipe in the future!

Tortilla Rollups IV

This recipe was very good. I took it to a football party & it was the only item that was completely gone at the end of the night. I only used half of the ranch mix & skipped the sour cream. I made this the day before the party & the flavors were great, the tortillas did not get soggy either. Will definitely make this again for future parties.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

The recipe was very good except for the dried basil. I would use either less basil or fresh basil. For an inexperienced cook, the recipe lacked info about time to cook & temperature.

Pat's Mushroom Saute

These mushrooms are great on steak or as a sidedish. My husband & I loved them but thought they could use more balsamic vinegar. I agree with others about the portion size. The mushrooms really shrink up. The two of us ate all of these.

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo

This was good, but a little complicated for me. The flavors were good, but I had a difficult time getting the sauce the right consistency. Will probably not try again. For an experienced cook, this is a good recipe.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Loved it! My husband, who can be picky when it comes to trying something new, said this is definitely a keeper! I only used 3 chicken breast but made the full amount of sauce because we like to have extra sauce on our pasta. It was great! My only suggestion is to cut back on the butter. The sauce was a little greasy and some of the butter settled on top.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

I made this for a potluck lunch at work & everyone raved about it. No one ever asks for my recipes, but several people asked about this one! Instead of melting the cheese in the saucepan & baking, I mixed it in a crockpot & cooked on low for a few hours. Delicious!
