Red Wine Pork
Used 1/2 jar of tomato sauce instead of tomato paste and skipped the bacon drippings bc we didn't have any bacon... Topped it on chicken and baked it for about 45 mins at 350. SO GOOD!!! My guy hates wine, but LOVED this sauce. Will definitely make this again.

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
Do NOT, and I repeat NOT use an entire bag of frozen spinach... The sauce was so good, but the spinach soaked up all the moisture, so I had to keep adding more water.... Giving it 3 stars because the sauce and chicken was yummy, but adding that much spinach made this recipe very bitter!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
This recipe turned out pretty well, but I read the reviews and added chicken stock as noted... It took about 2 cups to get it to the proper consistency. Definitely needed more spices that the recipe called for as everyone else has been saying too... But the pumpkin can't be tasted and it was a great way to get my boyfriend to try new foods! Would definitely make again!
