This was an absolutely fantastic recipe. I added a couple of veggies to make it just a bit heartier. A great fall recipe in New England.

I too was a bit skeptical about the addition of the beer, although there is no recommendation for a particular beer, we had fun mixing that ingredient up. We made these for my daughter's wedding party, they were a HUGE HIT!!! Definitely keeping this recipe and will reuse over and over. Thank you for the submission.
