Parmesan Noodles
Awesome served with stuffed tomatoes. I added some chopped bell peppers and celery for an added crunchy texture. I also threw in about 4 leaves of fresh chopped basil. It really added alot more flavor and made the recipe alot more interesting.

Penne with Red Pepper Sauce and Broccoli
The sauce was excellent! I didn't have enough red peppers so I ended up using one red and one green bell pepper. I also added a little more cayenne and added some water to the sauce to thin it a little. I lightly sauted instead of steamed the broccoli with ground chili powder and more garlic. Loved the way it turned out!

Vegetarian Meatloaf
The flavor was pretty good, although if you aren't NUTS about bbq sauce you may want to half the mixture with ketchup. I also added 1/4 tsp of ground cayenne pepper for some extra flavor without making your mouth catch fire. I don't know what i did wrong because with the exception of the cayenne I followed the recipe exactly and it still ended up mush. My family ended up eating it like sloppy joes. Maybe if I try this one again I'll use much less sauce.
