Baked Beef Stew
This recipe is extremely easy to make. Once you cut up the ingedients you just put it in the oven and two hours later, beef stew! I used beef stock instead of water and corn starch instead of tapioca. I also put in some red pepper flakes to give it a kick. Really tasty, can't wait for the leftovers!
