Amazingly simple and so delicious! Substituted chicken broth for the beer, and as per reviews, added cumin, garlic powder. A few fried corn tortillas cut into small strips along with sour cream and cheddar tops it off. Perfect dish to come home to after work!

Quiche Lorraine I

I made individual quiches in small tart pans using a butter based crust. I added a pound of bacon, green onions and a little more cayenne. The filling makes exactly enough for 12 individual 4" quiches. Served at a luncheon with stuffed celery, savory topped grape tomatoes, asparagus and braided breadstick - GREAT reviews and requests for recipes! Thanks for this one!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

The best! I prepared it early in the day for an evening celebration and it was fine. Added a little onion powder, Monterey Jack along with the Mozzerella as suggested and it was perfect! Served with toasted bagel chips - yummy! Thanks for this one!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

With this many reviews, this one isn't really needed, but just had to throw in my comment! Great recipe. Very easy and quite delicious. Just remember to add a little more cornstarch as suggested earlier. Thanks Eleta!

Lemon Butter Tarts

Instead of 3" tarts, I made Mini Tarts (mini muffin tins) and piped the meringue on top. The custard has the most wonderful flavor of sweet and tart, they make a beautiful presentation, and no one could resist this two bite wonder! Thanks for this one!

Harvest Pumpkin Tarts

After reading the reviews, I decided to add more spices. To this wonderful recipe I added 1/2 Tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cloves, and more cinnamon. Not only do they taste great, but your kitchen will have the smell of Autumn! Thanks for the recipe!

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

Read and follow the reviews on this one. It is necessary to add enough extra orange juice to get the dough to a rolling consistency. I altered the recipe for 50 servings, threw in extra orange zest and juice and they were absolutely wonderful. The orange flavor blends so well with chocolate. Thanks for this one, Holly!

Grilled Potatoes and Onion

Very, very tasty! I took the suggestion from another review and added olive oil (just because I love the flavor of olive oil)and they were perfect. I served them with Marinated Grilled Shrimp recipe from this site, a salad, and Garlic Toast. There were NO leftovers! Thanks Bob

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

What an easy and flavorful dish!I served it with the Grilled Potatoes & Onions recipe from this site, a salad, and garlic toast. There wasn't ONE shrimp leftover and everyone kept complimenting me on the meal. Thanks Rachel!
