I don't know why I can't get this recipe to work. My dough keeps coming out really heavy. It doesn't rise as much as I would like. The flavor is good but the texture isn't light and fluffy enought for me. I'm giving this one up. It's frustrating because so many have raved about it.

Burrito Pie

My girls even like this one. They like to treat it like a dip and eat it with tortilla chips. We leave out the can of diced green chili's to tone it down a bit for the kids. Recommend cutting the recipe in half unless you plan on freezing part or eating burrito pie all week.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Angel Chicken Pasta

This is definately an all time favorite. Everyone I've ever made it for loves it. The sauce is very rich and you only need a little to go a long way. I use white cooking wine.

Naan

I didn't grill this because it was raining. I used a griddle instead. I made this to take to book club because we had just finished reading the kite runner which takes place in Afghanistan and they ate naan. I'm not very familiar with Indian food but my friends all liked it served with honey. My husband thought it tasted like a tortilla. Seemed very close to the naan I ate in a restaraunt not too many days after. I think Indian food in general is just not my favorite.
