Goldbrick Sundae Sauce
We do love this sundae sauce! We had a banana split party and this was a huge hit... my husband wants to eat it out of the jar!! It does sort of harden a bit on your ice cream... it is amazing!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II
Cooked it in the CrockPot... used stout beer instead of water... gave it a robust flavor! Would do it again!! Remember to cut your corned beef against the grain... you'll know the difference if it is stringy, then you are cutting it wrong.

Colcannon
This is way better than just mashed potatoes! They were a big hit! I put my finished product under a broiler to let the tops of the potatoes get toasty. Then I made a well in the center of each persons serving and filled it with a spoonful of melted herb butter.
