Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

I make this pie now every holiday season. It is the best twist on a standard pumpkin pie that I've ever found. Everyone I know LOVES this pie; and it's so easy too!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

These were so yummy. I can also think of a lot of ways to use the sweet potato/bean mixture -- as a dip, or perhaps baked in some sort of casserole. I will be experimenting!
