Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)
The seasoning for the broth is great! We prefer less egg... maybe just one egg per three servings.

Potato Pancakes II
Fun way to use up left over mashed potatoes! I added sliced green onions to the batter and made the pancakes small to they were easy to manage.
