Honeyed Sweet Potatoes
Really good - this was enjoyed by a non-sweet potato lover. I served it with a grilled pork loin at a summer dinner party.

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie
I've never been able to stand pumpkin pie - until now. I made this for Thanksgiving, in a water bath, and it came out perfectly. Everyone enjoyed it, and preferred it over traditional spiced pies.

Antipasto Squares
A winner! I served it at room temp for an appetizer party. It's rich enough to cut into much smaller pieces, or even serve as a lunch. Be sure to get the cold cuts sliced thin.
