Beefy Hash Brown Bake
Pretty tasty actually and easy to make. I baked the hashbrowns for 30 mins so they were crispy and we didn't have french onions or brown gravy, so sauteed some minced onion with the beef and used mushroom gravy. Oh and I added some seasoning salt to the hashbrown mix before baking.

Salmon Patties I
These were great! I added some Seasoning Salt and Cayenne pepper for extra spice and they fried up nice and crisp on the outside, tender on the inside. (I used an electric frying pan set at about 375)

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
If I could give these 6 stars, I would! I've made them each of the last 5 Christmas and they are a huge hit. Last year, I tried some with white chocolate in the middle - they were excellent too, though richer even than the caramel ones.
