Pancakes
Very Easy, as long as you use Self Rising Flour.. I also cook them on a med hot griddle with extra oil. Fries the edges of the pancake and makes them very crispy.

Chipped Beef on Toast
Love it! Usually serve over sourdough bread! Yum!

Hollandaise Sauce
Very easy to make. I like to add an extra dash or two of worst. sauce at the end to give it a little tangier flavor.
