Zuppa Toscana
This recipe made enough for about no more than 5 med - large soup bowls. I would double it for a large family or friends ( men ! ). Usually it is just my immediate family but we had relatives over and I just barely had enough. It was my own fault I usually use another recipe that always gave me way more than I needed. I've used many Zuppa recipe variations and this is my favorite.

French Bread
Amazing. The best bread I have ever made. I made the dough in the bread maker, let it rise for about 30 minutes after the dough cycle and baked for a little less than 20.

Sarah's Applesauce
Very good. I didn't add sugar. I usually buy my kids the organic unsweetened and had run out. I doubled the recipe and added water as needed as I went along. Even though I mashed it well, it had some little chunks, which to me, were really good. It was almost like apple pie taste, without the crust. My kids were more finicky and next time I will puree it down more for them.
