Honey Cashew Green Beans
I didn't have cashews, but had chopped pecans on hand so I used those. Excellent!!! Needed salt, but that was easy enought ot add.

Carol's Chicken Salad
During Oregon's heat wave last week, I made this for dinner for myself and my two teenage boys. Next morning - it was gone and they wanted it again. So I made it. Next night was fast food and another boy asked me to make it the next night! So good!
