Cindy's Jambalaya
I just finished making/eating this. I love ordering jambalaya out at restaurants, but this was my first time making it. It turned out great! Thanks Cindy for an easy at-home version. I used jasmati rice (all i had) and won't next time. I added some chicken along with the sausage and shrimp. Besides using plain white rice next time, my other changes would be to buy a spicier sausage, use more cajun seasoning, and make cornbread spoon pudding to go with it!
