Banana Banana Bread
This recipe is great! 3 large bananas were not enough so I added 1/2 a cup of applesauce and also 1/2 a cup of chocolate chips. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly.

Quinoa and Black Beans
I love quinoa and had high hopes for this recipe but it turned out terribly! Mushy, tasteless....

Creamy Zucchini Soup
Really nice flavors but way too much crushed red pepper. 1 tsp would be plenty!
