Blueberry Oatmeal Coffee Cake
I used full fate sour cream .. and 1% milk. I also had to cook it quite a bit longer than called for ... but in hindsight, I think it was because the blueberries I used were frozen. Next time I'll thaw them first.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This is an AMAZING recipe ... I dont order spinach dip in restaurants anymore ... because they are never as good as this ! I usually add a bit more garlic ... but other than that ... it's perfect. I usually double it, because it disappears so fast !

Chicken Enchiladas II
This a new family favorite . If you need to get a serving of vegetables in .... add a few handfulls of pre-washed chopped spinach . I added spinach once as a way to used my leftover spinach ... but now my husband likes it better that way. Yum !!
