Easy Platz (Coffee Cake)
This is a really good simple cake. I've made it with blueberries, strawberries, and even with chocolate chips. I want to try it with peaches and apples, too.

Microwave Popcorn
I really really wanted this to work. And it does, but only for tiny amounts. My lunchbags seemed to have enough room for only about an eighth of a cup of popcorn to pop. More than that and it burned. But what was good was really good!
