Since starting my food blog, I would say venturing out and trying new recipes I would never have before.
My cooking tragedies
Pie crusts. My oven hates them, but I am starting to win!
I will also admit to having a tragedy this past Thanksgiving. I had stuck a turkey roulade in the oven to roast, then suddenly forgot to add the broth to the pan. Well cold liquid + hot pan does not mix, and it exploded in my oven!
