Curried Couscous Salad
I had high hopes for this as I love curried couscous salads. However, I was very disappointed. The problem was the dressing. It tasted very odd and very oily. Could have reduced the oil, but the flavour itself would still remain unappealing. I have never had a curry dressing that tasted like this. The rest of the ingredients together are great but the dressing was a definate no-go for me.

Betsy's Mandarin Orange Salad
Yup. This is a great salad. I thought 1/4 cup sugar sounded like way too much so I reduced it to 1 heaping tablespoon. Glad I did. Only other changes I made was to use light olive oil and romaine lettuce. My company loved it. Oh... one other thing I would do next time is to use a little less red onion. It's a keeper!

Warm Greek Pita Sandwiches With Turkey and Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
This is fantastic! Frying the turkey up with onion, oregano and garlic is a great change from the usual bland turkey used in sandwiches. The cucumber sauce is really what sets it apart though - it is REALLY good. The recipe for the sauce alone is a keeper! This will always be a follow up for the day after turkey dinner. The nice thing about this is that you don't feel like you are eating turkey "again".
