Nannie's Hot Milk Sponge Cake
Lovely cake recipe, easy to make. I reduced the sugar content to 1/2 cup for a less sweet cake.

Cornish Hen Soup
This is a great recipe. I made this the night before a snow trip. Fast and easy! I served egg noodles with the soup. My critics were one hungry husband and 2 boys. Warm fresh bread with butter rounded up this crowd, frozen from too much fun. They finished lunch nice and warm ready for more snowball fights.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I made this recipe for my family and for work. It was a hit everywhere. I used a fuji apple, and pork sausage instead of the recommended apple and turkey sausage. The fuji made it a bit sweeter, which worked well with the spicy pork. I stuck with the cranberries for the sweet tart flavor, since I'm not a big fan of dried apricots. It's been years, and I still come back to this recipe. I have also added in chestnuts and the flavor is fantastic!
