Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Used this glaze on the Too Much Chocolate Cake from this site and it was wonderful! Made just as recipe stated in my microwave. It was easy and fast. Thank you Ginger!

Awesome! Wonderful! But it should be called NEVER Too Much Chocolate Cake, shouldn't it? I'm planning to make this for an upcoming pot luck at work. I'm sure they will love it as much as I did! I used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze from this site to top this cake and it was delicious.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

My daughter and I loved this meatloaf! Smelled like burgers while baking, and was a nice taste change from regular meatloaf. Only change to the recipe I made was to add a little Dijon mustard to the meat mixture. I can see myself making this again. Thank you CaraMeg for this recipe!

Mom's Warm Milk

So easy! And an awesome flavor! My daughter and have have been drinking this almost every night since I discovered the recipe. It is a good way for both of us to be drinking the milk we should be. Last night I slipped a bit of rum into my drink. That was heavenly!

2-Step Beefy Taco Joes

This is my new way to make sloppy joes! I love this recipe. Does anyone remember when Taco Bell used to sell the Bell Beefer sandwiches? These sloppy joes remind me of those. My stomach doesn't like spicy foods so much any more, so I use a little less salsa, and I need to let the liquid cook down for about 15 minutes. Such an easy main dish!

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Great, easy recipe. I use chicken broth instead of water for added flavor. Plus, I don't usually keep onion powder on hand, so I use a seasoning blend like Emeril's or Montreal seasoning. Whatever I'm in the mood for. My family loves this one.

Amish Bread

I did not do the extra rise and the bread came out perfect! I used 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons of water, but then had to add a small amount of flour to the dough while it was mixing. That was the only adjustment I made to the recipe. YUMMY!!

Spiced Pecans

OMG! These were wonderful! Don't make if you are trying to watch your calories. A small handful just is NOT enough! When I baked these, I lined my cookie sheet with parchment paper and it worked out very well. They didn't stick to the paper and clean up was very easy.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Very, very good. 1st time, hubby made recipe just as written. 2nd time, I read the reviews and used only one egg plus heated the milk and add Velveta and butter to it to melt. This makes it turn out much creamier! This recipe is definately a keeper.

Steak Pie

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Did as was suggested and added 2 Tablespoons of flour to the recipe and chilled about 45 min (while I mixed up a batch of another kind of cookie) before baking. Turned out fantastic!!! Definately a recipe to keep and pass on.

Peach Upside Down Cake I

Very good cake! I didn't have fresh peaches so I used 2 cans of sliced. Drained first, but either there was still too much liquid left or too many peaches because the center didn't cook all the way. The flavor is awesome though; I topped with a dab of cool whip. Definately a keeper! Thank you Judy.

Mediterranean Chicken

Read thru reviews and decided this one would be good to try. Used the can of diced tomatoes as someone suggested and used Italian seasoning in place of the basil. My husband loved it! I enjoyed how easy it was to make such a great dish. Thanks Robyn.
