Party Punch IX
Excellent! I used sugar free gelatin, sugar free ginger ale and Splenda (1 1/2 cups) to lower the calories and it was delicious. Several people asked for the recipe.

Chili Rellenos Casserole
Yum - we loved this one! The only change I made is that I didn't put the enchilada sauce on it because I forgot to buy it, and still, it was fantastic.
