Easy Decadent Truffles
These were really yummy - I doubled the recipe and made all sorts of flavors. Hazelnut, chocolate liquer, white chocolate, coffee, etc. The only thing I did not like about this recipe was rolling 120 truffles !

Chicken and Corn Chili
Tasty. It burned overnight on the bottom of my crock pot, but not so bad that we couldn't eat it. I added black beans like a lot of others suggested and it was great.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
Really good. Missing something -- next time I will probably add more spices, corn, and green chilis.
