Wilted Lettuce
Absolutely delicious. I did not put the eggs on the salad, due to time constraint.... but the rest was wonderful. Just the right amount of tartness balanced with the sweetness from the small amount of sugar in it. Will definitely continue using this recipe.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts
People who do not normally like brussel sprouts love this dish when I cook it. Most complain of the bitterness of the sprout. So when I shred mine, I leave out the core. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to try something new to add this vegetable their menu.

Shrimp Linguine
This has a wonderful flavor. My family just loves it. But I did make a few changes. I use sun dried tomatoes chopped up instead of what the recipe calls for and I serve over either rotini or penne noodles.
