Garlic Prime Rib

This was outstanding and so easy to make. I had a 5 lb. roast that took about 75 minutes from beginning to end. I served this with horseradish sauce and zip sauce. It was delicious!

Southwest White Chicken Chili

I made this with my leftover turkey. It was very good and a great way to use up leftovers. I added extra garlic and pickled jalapenos. I would make this again.

Crescent Pizza Pockets

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
This was ok. I made them in squares because a triangle looked impossible with the shape of the dough. The perforations were hard to keep closed but they did. I thought that the dough was a little too sweet for this. I would rather use pizza dough.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

Easy, cheap and delicious! I made this for a Mexican and a guy from El Salvador. They both told me I should open up a taco shop. Lol!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Soooo good! I added pickled jalapenos instead of the green pepper. I didn't think raw green peppers sounded too great. I used 2 green onions which was more than enough, and not even a quarter of the lettuce. I can't imagine why you would need to use a whole head of iceburg (or how it would fit). Also, I only needed the smallest can of sliced olives for the garnish. I think 6 oz. is way way too much. I used my large corning ware dish because I brought it to a BBQ and needed a cover. It is completely gone and everyone loved it. I will make this one again. Thanks Sue!

These were good. I wouldn't make it with zucchini again, but the pork and tomatoes were good.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

This makes a lot and is delicious. I added pepperoncini's and that is the only change I made. I suggest using really high quality ingredients for this one. The little extra money is worth it.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
We thought this was ok. It needed some salt and pepper at the end and we still thought the sauce was too tangy. Next time I would add garlic and onions I think. But it was very easy and convenient since I had everything on hand for this.

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
Sooo good! I used only 1 1/2 teaspoons of the cayenne because of the reviews saying it was too spicy. Next time I will use the full 2 teaspoons because it wasn't too spicy at all. We alternated the meat with mushrooms, peppers and onions and served it with tzatziki and pitas. It was devoured. Thanks for a great recipe.

Molly's Mouthwatering Tzatziki Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
This was really good. I omitted the mayo and added some fresh dill. I also squeezed as much liquid out of the cucumbers as I could. I would definitely recommend doing that because a lot of liquid came out of it.

Really good recipe. It's very easy to prepare and when you're ready you just throw them in the oven. The cooking time is the only thing that takes any time at all. I had the marinade done in less than 5 minutes.

Really easy and delicious. I made this in the slow cooker and it turned out great. I shredded the beef and put them in fried corn tortillas with cabbage, salsa, cotija cheese, avocado and hot sauce. Great!
