Too Much Chocolate Cake
Excellent! Rich and moist - I don't think I'll frost them! Did as other reviewers suggested and used only 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup milk instead of water, and mini chips instead of regular size. Note: the batter will be VERY thick. I made appx. 24 cupcakes, baked at 350 for about 20-25 min (until toothpick is clean). This is five stars in my book not only because of taste but because of how easy they are to make. Delicious.
