Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I used this sauce recipe to marinate our chicken parts in overnight. The next day we grilled them up on the BBQ and have never had juicier chicken. The breasts were very tender and moist, not dry at all. Marinating overnight was key. Ours did not taste salty at all. Will certainly make this again.

Asian Coleslaw
I made this for our last BBQ along with teriyaki chicken and it was good. My guests enjoyed it and more of it was eaten than I expected. Will probably make it again.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This was average. The title is exactly correct - Old Fashioned Potato Salad. Traditional and tasty, but not new and exciting.
