Michael's Foccacia Bread
Oh wow, this was fabulous! I was trying to copy some bread we love at a restaurant. I made these changes: only 2 tsp salt and I added 1/4 c. Parmesan to the dough. My family wants me to make this frequently and we will use it for panini sandwiches.
