Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Oh my goodness! These were incredible. They came out much bigger than I remember my grandmothers being, but they were delicious. I wilted the cabbage by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and putting it in the micro for about 3 minutes. Also, I added Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture. I also made my own tomato sauce because I like a little bit of a thicker sauce with them. I will be making these again!
