So much fun to make. Handmade marzipan fruit fill a raggedy old 'basket weave' design. 4 layer Almond cake filled with rasberry preserves and very thinly rolled out sheets of homemade almond-praline paste alternating every other layer (You know..too much of a good thing..yada yada..lol). Raggedy basket weave made with Swiss Meringue Buttercream flavored with a tiny bit of pure almond extract.
