Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

This was great. Only change I made was adding a few beef bouillon cubes and cooked on Low. Veggies were not soggy at all. Used the leftovers the next couple days to make fantastic, mouthwatering Reubens. Thanks for the easy recipe!

Amish Yumazuti

I cut down the noodles to 6 oz and used diced tomatoes with garlic and onion. Mixed it all together and topped it with cheese. Needed more salt and pepper in the end. It was good, but will make a few changes next time and add extra seasonings.

Spanish Rice Bake

WOW!!!! I used half hot chili sauce/half sweet chili sauce. It's so hot I had a hard time eating it. My husband loved it. Read after the fact that people used salsa instead. Will definitely try that next time as this really had good flavor and I really enjoyed what I ate...through the sweat and tears.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Good base recipe. Took others idea and used taco seasoning. Also put onion, garlic, salt and pepper in burger. Added a can of black beans, used doritos, and also did half sour cream half mayo. Turned out great.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

I have made this twice now. Read the reviews the first time and used oven ready lasagna noodles. Never again, they came out mushy. 2nd time I followed the recipe as is, but substituted shredded mozz for fresh, because that's what I had on hand and then added about a tablespoon of Italian seasoning to the burger as I was browning it. It turned out FABULOUS. I am on day 4 of eating it and it gets better every day!

Easy Mexican Casserole

Next time I will read the reviews first. I made this as instructed and my first thought was, I wonder if some taco seasoning would spice this up. Very good base recipe but will add taco seasoning next time. Thanks!

Misti's Chicken Marinade

I cut this down to 2 servings (I had 2 chicken breasts) and then still only put 1 T of oil in. Added the rest of ingredients. Ended up grilling them and wow! This was fabulous. Will make again and again.

Spanish Chicken

Only giving this 4 stars as I didn't care for the cinnamon. Will make again, without the cinnamon next time. Boiled the rice in the chicken broth for about 10 minutes and then baked for 30 minutes. Chicken was juicy and rice was tender. Added a dollop of sour cream, which covered up the cinnamon taste but also added some nice flavor to the chicken.

Darn Good Chili

It's a cool -27 degrees here today (not even exaggerating) and what better than that perfect chili. Found this recipe and wow! My husband and I loved it! Will make again and again.
