Banana Pancakes II
For a no-egg buttermilk pancake recipe, this was pretty good. The pancakes turned out quite soft, and I liked the little bits of banana throughout. If you have eggs on hand, however, I think there are probably better recipes out there. Good but not great. I'd make it again if I craved pancakes and had no eggs.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
These were wonderful. I agree with the other reviews who said to cut the nuts and the chocolate in half, though - I only used about 3 oz. chopped macadamia nuts and 1 cup of white chocolate chips, and this was more than enough. The dough is fabulous and I'm sure I'll be making these again.

Blonde Brownies I
These were fabulous! I followed the recipe exactly, except I mixed 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips into the batter and sprinkled the other 1/3 cup on top. I used dark brown sugar for a deeper flavor and used a 9" round tin, since I couldn't find a square one. Only problem with this recipe is, it's hard to stop eating them!
