About this Cook
Working mom, entrepreneur, and loves to cook for family and friends. My husband and I share a passion for entertaining for any occasion.
My favorite things to cook
Everything!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband and I started cooking for our family Christmas evening, but not the ordinary traditional dinner. We choose an area of the world, and cook a meal with that theme. And we keep it a secret until the guests walk in.
My cooking triumphs
Getting healthy meals on the table for my family daily!
My cooking tragedies
Roast! Don't ask me why...I make roast the worst thing you could ever eat. I have tried over and over and my husband asked me to give up so I would not waste any more meat! ;-)

All American Trifle
This was easy to make and looks beautiful. I didn't use the rum because I made it for children and adults. If I made it for just adults, I would add the rum...yum! I did have lots of left over pound cake and some strawberries.
