This is delicious! It also tasets great with tortillia chips or Triscuits.

Spritz Cookies II
I think next time I might add some butter extract or more vanilla. Very nice texture and easy to work with.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
These cookies are very chewy and have a nice flavor. But they aren't anything spectacular. I would make them again, just not for a holiday cookie or special occasion.
