My cooking tragedies
My first batch of chocolate fudge at the age of 10 was made with salt not sugar..... What a mess! I sure learned to pay more attention to my ingredients. Mom had placed the sugar and salt in similar containers in the cupboard and I just grabbed.

Golden Potato Soup
I stumbled upon this recipe again after making it a number of months ago. The last time I made it my family didn't care for it as it tasted quite spicy. ( I didn't add any additional items than what was called for) I remade a few days ago and WOW it's perfect! The next day was so much better ! It will remain a keeper! Thanks and I am glad I tried it again.
