Leek and Turkey Pizza
I wish I could give 4.5 stars, because this was really, really good, but it was missing something and we still haven't put our finger on it. I used fresh rosemary dough for the crust, and used homemade turkey sausage...yum! This was the perfect thing to make with the leeks I planted never having eaten leeks before. ;)

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake
I just made this using the standard mods (2.5t baking powder, no cream of tartar) and it turned out FANTASTIC. I took my butter right out of the freezer and diced it all up with a sharp knife, so the mixing was quick and painless. The shortcake is soooo flaky and has just the right amount of sweetness.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
The first time I made these I thought it might be too much work...but honestly, every time I make them it gets easier and easier. I use freshly ground spelt flour in place of the wheat flour, and olive oil instead of shortening. They're fantastic!
